ProcessViewBrowser http://pvbrowser.org
is an OpenSource HMI, SCADA system.
It runs on Linux/Unix, OpenVMS and Windows.
You design your Masks with Qt Designer.
Programming can be done in C/C++, Python, Perl, PHP or Tcl.
