OK, the terminal is a PanelView Standard 1000.
The "workstation" would normally refer to your computer and this is not the node on the network that will perform the actual pass-thru, that will be the SLC 5/04.
DH+:
The PCMK will usually be node 0 on the DH+ network. The SLC 5/04 channel 1 DH+ port will typically be node 1 (default) but yours could be different.
The DH+ baud rate is typically set to 57,600 baud - make sure the PCMK and the SLC 5/04 are set the same.
DH-485:
The SLC 5/04 channel 0 configured to DH-485 is typically node 1 (default) on the DH-485 network but yours could be different. The PanelView terminal is typically node 2 on the DH-485 network, but again, yours could be different.
The DH-485 baud rate is typically set to 19,200 baud - make sure the SLC 5/04 and the PanelView are set the same.
In RSLogix 500 under "Processor Status" / "Chan 0" tab - make sure that both DH-485 pass-thru disable (S:34/0) & DF1 pass-thru enable (S:34/5) are set [0].
This means DF1 pass-thru is not enabled and DH-485 pass-thru is enabled.
Check the "Passthru Link ID" for both channel 0 and 1 in the SLC 5/04 - these should be set different to each other (default CH0=1; CH1=2)
Can you at least browse to the SLC 5/04 on the DH+ network in RSLinx Classic from the PCMK? Is this an existing setup or are you starting from scratch?
When it's working you should see both the SLC 5/04 and the PanelView terminal in RSLinx Classic.

George
