Dear all,

For a very urgent project I’m looking for support for an Rockwell / Allen Bradley 1747OC open controller.
This PC based PLC was in the end of the 90th sold by Rockwell and was discontinued from about 2000.
It was supported by Rockwell with the operating DOS and the needed APIs to program by third partys.
Furthermore is was delivered with an real time extension and execution engine called “controlware” which could be programmed with
an ISAgraf development environment.
Also SoftLogix5 as runtimesystem with RSLogix 5 was delivered.

I’m looking for hardware and software for this series. Rockwell isn’t supporting this anymore.
Is anybody knowing who could deliver this no matter whether new or used?
Every hint could be helpful. It’s really urgent!
Thanks a lot
JJohnson

You posted the same topic in this thread:

And Ken Roach suggested that you contact the original developers of the product.
Have you done that ?
If you have done it and they couldnt help you, it is hopeless to try and continue with the obsolete controller.

Like I suggested to you on the other forum, maybe you can rewrite the original program in Structured Text in a 'normal' PLC.
