Error on start network command (1043)

I'm trying to link PcVue 10 to Saia Burgess PCD3.
Using Saia IP & Ethernet, both gave the same error.
Anyone encounter this before?

Yes. But ive forgotten how, so sorry. There is another alternative. We use modbus ethernet protocol instead of saia protocol. Hope this helps.

For saia protocol, i think there is certain thing u need to install.
