I am having problems with finding info about an old 150U system, is there any one who happens to have a manual for this obsolete thing?

Hello Göran;
There are links to a manual for the S5-150 CPus on the Siemens support website, but they are only in German (if you change the language of the search engine to English, the S5-150 entries disapear...).
