Unity Pro XL wont start after installing.

Hi All,

I haven't installed Unity Pro in years and needed to install it recently.
I initially tried installing Version 11.1 and the whole installation goes through without any problems, I'm installing it onto a remote VM machine with Windows Server 2016. The problem is, after successfully installing it with the registration and all, Unity Pro XL wont start when I try double clicking on it on the desk top, there's just no action that takes place, I've tried various versions and still the same problem, I have installed and tried to run it under admin rights and still it will not run. I've also run some hotfixes to no avail. I'm missing something and was hoping someone out there could suggest something?

Hi All, tried deleting this post but cant, think this may be a licensing issue I'm experiencing? So I need to try investigate further!!

Found solution......Unity Pro 11.1 will not run on Server 2016!!!

Unity Pro v13.1 (August, 2018) is validated to run on Windows 7 32/64 , Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
