Siemens S5 922 CPU wont go inot run mode

Hi I have a Siemens S5 922 CPU with eprom that will not go into run. the stop LED is blinking slowly. I have tried to perform an overall reset without success.

Have you the S5 software and connection lead?
If so go online and check for the errors in the I & B Stack

yes I have the S5 cable and only the fast track software and when i try to use the diagnostic the software errors.

Not a Siemens package.
Developed by a company called Fast Track, allows you to program, go online and such with S5's.
