Control Logix Redundancy module DISQ

We have L61 redundant existing plc. when we add new en2t module after configuring it inside the logic, the secondary going DISQ. Please advise.
The plc is offering en2t version up to 5 only. but im having en2t of v10.0 with disable keying.

Did you add the same module to both Chassis? Both chassis must be identical. Also the firmware of the EN2T has be be a specific version. There is a document that has the compatible versions for each module on the AB site.

1756-CN: 20.020
1756-CN2R: 20.020
1756-EN2T: 5.008
1756-EN2TR: 5.028

1756-RM2: 20.004

We used !756-EN2T/D V.10.006, still its working good but secondary is not synchronizing if we insert the Ethernet modules.

The Release Notes for ControlLogix Redundancy describe the use of the new Series D hardware for the 1756-EN2T modules and have the step-by-step instructions for upgrading such a system to use the new Ethernet modules.

You absolutely must know and understand the specific Redundancy release you are using and follow those instructions precisely.

The RA Knowledgebase also discusses the topic of the new Series D Ethernet modules in Article 578295 (Access Level: Everyone).

The big firmware history list for ControlLogix Redundancy is also in the Knowlegebase, as Article 165251 (Access Level: TechConnect).

Problem solved now. as i did not connect the two cable from En2t to the same ethernet switch before.
