SCADApack 357 locked controller

Anyone have a back door to unlock a Scada Pack? I have the original program made 5 years ago. But since then someone put a password on the controller and modified the program. This is on a running piece of equipment.
 
If you are having issues with the scada pack, I suggest reading the manual And maybe contact Schneider.
