could not go online with SCADAPack 357

we are working SCADAPack 357 for some project. we have also completed project on SCADAPack 314,334.We can not go online to SCADAPack 357 by com2 the pinouts schmeme which we are using is also attached.Jumper J13 is also placed on RS232.
Using following procedure for going online form ISAGraph 3.55

1)Tools-->Controllers-->Serial ports --> com2 (Do com2 setting like parity,stop bit etc)
2)Link setup-->Telebus Driver-->Modbus RTU-->PC Com setting
3) Make application
4)Debug
i have also done aboe procedure for Modbus USB
Suggest me if i am missing any step.................

what do you have on the pc end, and actual comm port or a usb converter

could you post a picture of the comms settings on
1)Tools-->Controllers-->Serial ports --> com2 (Do com2 setting like parity,stop bit etc)

I am thinking the comm port should be the port of your PC not the actual scadapack, but I have never used ISAgraf.
