Modicon - Remote IO Faults

I got Remote I/O Faults multiple times when I was running the system,
I've check manual and lead no sense to me how to fix.
System run for a while and PLC (Modicon M1E) just STOP because
Red light on I/O
Flashing on RUN
Yellow on BOTH of ERR and MB1

The only thing I do is use Unity Pro XL get inside PLC, hit RUN and everything back to normal. But I dont want it happen again, any idea that I can prevent it happen or what causing it ?

WHen I run Diagnostic, all I got is "Remote IO fault - System Alarm - %S118"

any idea ?

The only thing I can suggest is to verify the connections on the FIPIO network.

WHen it fault out last 2 times, I did take out old cable, plug in new cable, and happen again. So I dont think it's the cable, I check the connection between cable and modules are all tight !

anything else I should look at !? Like config or conflict computing !???
