Siemens MP277

Greetings

I have a Siemens MP277 HMI
I need to programme it using WinCC Flex 2008 SP3
How can i do that?
What communication cable do i need to use
I try the direct ethernet cable , MPI/USB , PPI/USB ,PPI/RS232

But is could not manage to configure it
