unity pro: retrieving modbus datas from PM210 energymeter

Hello,
I must display datas from an energymeter schneider PM210 connected with modbus.

communication is ok with the read_var function block.
I just have difficulties to retrieve the floating values from 2 integers given by the modbus registers.
eg: P(kW) = -11.432

whalso values transmitted on one 16bit register are not directly displayable

my question is:
is there a documentation which would explain how decoding modbus 16 bits registers to retrieve readable values. ??
