MP370 baud rate goes back to 12 mb/s

i changed the profibus baud rate of siemens touch panel MP370 to 1.5 mb/s, but after power up it returns to 12 mb/s. what should be done to keep it 1.5 mb/s?

Are you trying to change this in the Control Panel on the MP370?

The proper way is to set the communication baud rate in WinCC flexible, and download it to the MP370.

how can i overcome this problem? in the hmi settings? i prefer not to download the protool project from the pg.

I'm pretty sure you have to download, unfortunately. You can do a Complete Backup of the MP370 using the Prosave utility, if you want to be secure in having an exact copy of what is in the MP370 before trying to download.

No. I suggest you do 3 backups of the MP370, one Complete Backup, and one of Recipes and then User Administration. This way when you download from Protool, you can restore recipes and user passwords, in case they were overwritten when you downloaded. If anything is wrong, you can restore from the complete backup.
