Panview 550 wont reboot

I,ve powered down my panelview and restarted it...... just comes back up with System Start up please wait..........and error at top saying 683 error code.
Any ideas how to fix this
 
A few years ago I had a panelview plus that wouldn't reboot and tech support had me plug in a keyboard to get it going. Weird, but I carry a fold-able usb keyboard now because of it.
