G.E Fanuc 90-30 Problem

Hi all,

I have facing problem in G.E fanuc 90-30 cpu IC693CPU232u .The problem is that during normal running of Plc all the led (Pwr, Ok and Run) are on but after some time Pwr led light remain on but the Ok and run led start blinking and then again stable.when the led start blink all the output of machine are stop.
I have checked the Fault Table.In Plc fault there is no error but in I/O fault Show loss of I/O module. I0.0 to I0.9.This problem is intermittent. Please guide me to solve this problem.

Most likely a problem with your power. Either the power supply module or the quality of the power itself. It could also be the backplane, which in this case is also the CPU.

Thank for reply. But is there a way to check power supply module or cpu for sure !
