PLC5/40L and Flex I/O

Hello All,
Back in February I was asking for help in adding some I/O to an existing PLC5 installation.

There were issues in identifying the existing arrangement of I/O, slot addressing etc. and availability of the machine for inspection.

A colleague came up with a good suggestion... fit a small remote Flex I/O rack.
As this meant least disruption we have now added this.

Guess what?... Having great difficulty in setting it up!

Auto configuration says 'successful but may have address overlaps with local rack' But not saying where.

To assist me, what exactly would you guys like to know?

To start...
PLC5/40L
Racks 1 to 5 (0 to 4?) are all Local
Channel 1B previously unused, we now have this configured as RIO connected to the ASB

Flex I/O
We have tried both ASB Series C and ASB2
There's one 16 bit I/P and one 16 bit O/P module

Some photos attached showing our settings.

The ASB dip switches are as follows...

1-4 off
1-6 off
2-7 off
(rack 5?)
All other DIPs are ON

Any advice will be appreciated.

puzzler.....I have had a look and nothing obvious jumps out at me.

I have a 1794-ASB I need to set up shortly for an addition to a rack, so you have me thinking...

have you tried a different rack number - 6 or 7 or even 10?
