Micro 84 Vertical Dash Program Question

I am upgrading a Micro 84 to a AB Micro 1000, I understand most of the logic but I am noticing a small vertical dash after coils and contacts. I looked through the manual and it does not mention it anywhere in there, thinking it was a oneshot, but noticed it on Coils to. Any ideas what this is???
