Hi everyone, i am using factorytalk historian v4.0 since long time,
yesterday after unexpected power shutdown i am unable to get archive values.

following symptoms found on server:
>number or event read and write are not equal
>no archive shows in archive tab but archive present in path
>register archive or create new archive option in shown disabled

Thanks for any advice

I am not an Historian Expert but i've played with Historian a little bit and run system with it (it runs good till now, even there was couple of unexpected shutdowns).

>no archive shows in archive tab but archive present in path
>register archive or create new archive option in shown disabled

If you don't see archive file in archive tab in SMT it is obvious that create/register or other archive function will be unavailable.
In my experience when i didn't see archive from SMT, there i had connection issues. Check your connection with Historian Server -> security & mappings.

Do you use domain or simply workgroup for Historian users?
