PLC5/40 with 1395 DC drives

I am having to recreate a PLC5/40 program from a paper copy. Unfortunately there is no documentation on how to setup the 1395 drives with RIO adapters in the processor. I have looked at all the jumpers on the drives and know their rack numbers, size and baud rate. Anyone have any idea how to accomplish this?
