How to pruchase FactoryTalkView ME

My boss wants me to get a quote for FactoryTalkView ME. What is the best way to shop for it? Does the latest version mean it can work with all previous PV+ HMIs? Thanks.
 
Just buy the latest one, and then for a period of time (3 months I believe) you can download the previous versions. The activation key is the same.
