Vijeo Citect 7.2 - OMRON Digital Datatype not updating in real-time

Hello,

We have this SCADA system Vijeo Citect 7.2 Windows 7.
PLC: OMRON C200HG

Protocol
UNITY MODNET30
OMRON OMRON
OFSVIJEO MODCELL

All communications are good but DIGITAL data (TAGS) from OMRON is not updating in real-time. (Need to restart the Vijeo Citect to make it work).

*OMRON: BCD & LONGBCD datatypes are working good and showing real-time (voltage, speed current)

*OFSVIJEO: INT datatypes are working good.

*OMRON: DIGITAL datatype is not working in real-time, I mean I have to re-start SCADA program to make it work.

This means that everything works for a specific time? How long?
Have you contacted the manufacturer of the SCADA?

It's working fine, I mean all other data are continuously updating(like temperature, voltage, current) BCD, INT datatypes.

It's not updating when there's a digital input signal to the plc like alarms and some ON conditions. That's the time we need to manualy close and restart the Vijeo program.

We got no response from the manufacturer.
