data loss due to battery fadeout

I have lost the data on a ABB Procontic b system due to battery fadeout. The user set values can not be entered from the front panel.
Please advise what to do.
 
mte,

1. Replace the battery with a good one.

2. Switch to "Program" Mode, and download the user program with a back-up copy.

3. Switch back to "Run" mode.

4. Re-enter the User values on the front panel.

The problem was due to the position of the dip switches,
which was on the buffer status
