Convert S7-300 to S7-300

Is there any sort of utility to convert Statement List from S7-300 format to S7-200 format. I wouldn't expect it to be ready to run afterwords but close.

I've done some of these conversions and I've found only one tool so far: it's called pencil and paper. Sorry to disappoint you.

Thanks anyway. I was just hoping to save time duplicating a math intensive routine I wrote for a S7-300 in SCL. I got the STL from the SCL and thought I'd use it if I could. I'll just re-code it in ladder.
