Panelmate network xfer problem

I seem to be having a problem uploading and downloading to and from the Panelmates on the DH+ network. Sometimes when i try to upload from a panelmate power pro 1500, the upload will fail and the panelmate will have a message saying "watch dog timer time out error". Sometimes I can upload with no problem at all.

I have 6 panelmates on the network and 10 A/B PLC 5's.
