Good morning, i have a problem with panelmate 5000 pp.
unfortunately I pressed the 3rd and 5th keys while booting the Panel.
Now , the alternate Mode is active and only 4 side buttons are active
After downloading the firmware again, the configuration shows that it is now a Panelmate Pro 3000, with four buttons.
can someone help me to change this again, or does anyone know how to perform a reset.
Is it possible to delete the eeprom in order to download everything again.
