Beijers Converter SC-06N - what does it do?

I found this on a jobsite where we are cleaning out a clients warehouse. what does it do / what is it used for?

it is a Beijers (Beijer Electronics)Converter SC-06N

any info would be greatly appreciated

If I am not mistaking it is a cable to connect the pc to a Mitsubishi PLC, same cable as the SC09 but older (with external power supply)

I believe it it used to program a Beijers hmi, like the MTAs for Mitsubishi (now discontinued) It should have a 9 or 25 pin cable hardwired from it, a 25 pin socket and a place for an external power supply if I remember correctly.
