Quantum - pCFL -AIN Block

Hi,
I am Using 140ACi 3000 analog input Card , PLC 140CPU 11302
the Analog input is Current Input 4- 20 mA , 0 -4095 Counts
i am using PCFL-AIN
i am confiused with AIN supports 4- 20 mA
because when i am refer
Parameter Description ------> Mode of Functioning i am nor found any Resolution 4-20 mA and Range 0 - 4095

i need to Scale analog value to 0 -100 %

Pls help me to slove this problem
