Mitsubishi plc

I have been given a Mitsubishi F1-20MR PLC , it is working order but I don’t have any documentation.



Can anyone advise as to where I can obtain at least the Instruction set , tutorials if possible.

Sorry for the delay. I have scanned 3 pages of A4 (as jpeg files) info that might help you. I tried attaching them to a post yesterday (on the practice area) and failed. If you email me directly, I will send them to you. I have scanned each one twice, once as a 50K (ish) and once as a 500K (ish) file. let me know which size you prefer.

I don't think that getting the instruction set is going to be your biggest problem. Medoc can be used for programming but the unit is a discontinued PLC and requires a special interface (that clips onto the face of the PLC) to program from a PC. Or you must have a hand held programmer, either a single bit I/O device or something like a GP-80.

In the US, the interfaces are difficult to come across.

Aside from all that, the power of this unit isn't even close to what you get with even the lowest end of the FX series.

Anyway, I understand that the interface is still available from your distributor but has to be special ordered from Japan (looooong lead).
