PanelBuilder32 simulator

The answer is yes and no.

There is no direct PanelView simulator. You have to download the .pva file into a hardware PanelView in order to see what you have edited.

However it is possible to import a PB32 project into RSViewME and run the project in that environment. I've done this and it works quite well.
