Mewtocol NAiS PLC and PC implementation

Hi is there anybody implemented MEWTOCOL protocol in PC to communicate with Nais PLC, What I want to do is just simple,
make a software just read the relay status.

I have read the manuel describing MEWTOCOL protocol and do some coding in Delphi that opens COM port and sends some basic MEWTOCOL command strings but no reply returned from PLC I did not understand what I am doing wrong

If someone helps I will be very grateful

Could you turn on output in NAIS-PLC?

I am also try it out in Visual Basic but I still cannot achieve it.
