Hi All,

I have problem with Versa Max Micro IC200UDR005 - AA,

when i attached the expansion module , IC200UEX636-B(4AI/2AO)

and download the hardware configuration file to the CPU. the

following warning message " system configuration mismatch "

come up in the fault table. and the CPU cannot put in run mode...

why?? i have try and try many many times..

please advise..

The fault message means that there is a discrepancy between the configuration file you downloaded to the PLC and the actual hardware physically present.

You need to correct the discrepancy and then clear the fault table before you will be able to start the PLC. Note that the entry into the fault table will not go away automatically when you correct it. You must open the PLC fault table with the programming software and clear it.

Dear Mr. SteveI coun't find out the reason of system configuration mismatch..
I had checking all around the hardware configuration but i still
fail.. the " system configuration mismatch " still appear when i was download the data to PLC..

Is it the version of my CPU ? ( IC200UDR005 - AA ) and the Analog
module what i used is IC200UEX636-B..

I totally have no idea on it.

Make a backup copy of your project and attach it to a post. I'll see if I can spot anything out of order.

TQ..

is it will cause analog In/Out out of function?
I measured by measurement equipment on %AO00013 but was no mA output..

The file you posted doesn't match your description.

Your file shows a 28-point base unit with two analog expansion modules in positions 1 and 2 plus a discrete expansion module in position 3. Is this what you actually have connected?

Yup it is what i actual connected,
any where we have solve the problem..
Is because of the version of the CPU IC200UDR005 - AA.

"AA" is the Very old version of this model..

I try to used IC200UDR005 - BB now anything look OK..

Is any solution to solve my AA CPU?.. Something like

Download some software to MicroChip of CPU..

( I know that directsoft can do it ).
