versa max Commreq status word value 524

Hi

Im trying to fire modbus RTU command (read coils 02)
when im processing the commreq im getting status word value 524.Im using PLC IC200UDR120.

BLKMOV_INT BLKMOV_INT

IN1=8 IN1=5
IN2=0 IN2=2
IN3=8 IN3=74
IN4=10 IN4=3
IN5=0 IN5=1
IN6=0 IN6=4

Please help me.where did i go wrong?
