Could or Would anyone give me any guidence in the process of converting a ladder logic program file (visual of the ladder file - Lad2 for example) into a PDF document. My goal is to produce a PDF of the ladder logix file for sharing with others. I own Adobe Writer. I know how to print out the RSLogix file but not how to get it into Adobe.

The way I do it is File -> Print, change the printer to "Adobe PDF" and press the print button.

only works great IF you have a adobe pdf printer driver installed first

Several "freeware" programs exist to create PDF's. I use "CutePDF". Search the internet for it.

Works great for converting any file to a PDF.

I used to recommend PDF995 until someone clued me into CUTEPDF. Now no advertising screens. Easy and simple.
