connect OP27 to S5 95U, 15 pins plug

I have to make connection between OP27 and S5 95U . I have to make the cable, the are in different room. How and wich connection do i make, using the 15pins plug on the S5 and also using the 15 pins connector of the OP27.
I have to connect 8 cables i gues, but wich ones ?
Thanks for any helping lead; I'm very new in S5 and just start learning.

I make cable between op27 and pc (25 pin to 9 pin) and work currectly.
