S5 timer help

Hello. its me again the S5 to S7 guy..

Now im stucked again. This time I dont understand this timer value:

KT 300.2 and KT 020.1

Is it seconds or hmm ? just want to be on the safe side..

TV The Time Value is entered as a time constant (KT). The KT value consist of a number (in front of the decimal point) and a multiplier, the Time Base (after the decimal point) .
The following Time Bases are available:
Time Bases Example Time
0 = 0.01 sec KT 500.0 5 seconds
1 = 0.1 sec KT 050.1 5 seconds
2 = 1 sec KT 005.2 5 seconds

DE Current counter value (BCD)
