S7 PID Control Help

Hello stone;

Standard PID control (single input, single output) controls a process based on the error between a setpoint and a control variable feedback. This is the algorithm used in most PLC standard PID function, Siemens included.
Please explain your process requirements so we can understand your problem: what 2 variables do you need to setup as inputs to your PID controller, and how do the values affect the overall process.

Hope this help[s,
Daniel Chartier
