touch panel

last week , at screen panel ,message is appeared,this message is"screen data is not registered" so I redownload the program,and screen panel work good. I think that there is two only two reason to make this trouble. first: battary not good,or operator initialize the screen data memory . if there is another reason please tell me?

Perhaps a error in the host program called a screen that does not exist.
