Help PanelView Plus to SLC 503

Hello experts

I have a PanelView 1000 that is connected to a 1747 AIC to SLC cable (1761-cbl-AS03). Anyways, no matter what I try, I can't get my PanelView Plus Tags to communicate with the SLC LS532 processor. Can anyone plese help?
