Hi ya folks i have a uniop etop33b hmi that i am trying to upload the program out of. i have it in configuration mode, i get the panel information click on upload then wait 20 minutes for it to upload what is in there.
Eventually it says transfer complete. i click on ok then i get a microsoft warning telling me that designer 6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. most frustrating!
I have tried 3 times but get the same each time.
Is this something i am doing wrong?
I have had no problem with any other units, only this one.
Please help.
