AB PanelView 1000 color touchscreen only

Need to access configuration menu through front panel.
Cannot down load program with configuration tag in a window.
Do not want to remove from service to connect Ethernet.
I have looked through tons of documentation but cannot find the answer. Any one know?

I had tried that before but it didn't work.
This time it did.
