Hi,
I have been programming the s5-95u plc using the mini version of step 5. I would now like to carry out some diagnostics on a s150 plc and have discovered that my software will not work. Is it possible to upgrade to the basic version of step 5.

thanks
steve

S5 is now not supported, chances are that even if siemens will sell you s5 it will cost you an arm & a leg, in the past they put up the price of the programmers (pg675,685) so you would buy the newer versions, however there is another company that do an s5 version that knocked spots of step5 from siemens, can't remember the name but I'm sure others do & you could serf the waves.
