Program Converting

I have the Software from a Logics 500 controller, wanting to convert this program over to 5000. I was wondering what all I have to do in order to get the 500 program converted into 5000

If you have the RSL5000 software itself has converion tool from rsl500 or rsl5 to rsl5000

But you should have the Rsl5000 software

Yeah Thank you I found the convertion tool, Now the only problem is when I save the file to my desktop as oldprogram.slc When trying to convert with the convertion tool, Keeps giving me a File Oldprogram.txt is not found or does not have read permission

With also a syntax error. The help isn't telling me anything what does this syntax error mean?
