Time to execute FBC instruction !

Was wondering if anyone would know how long it would take
for the processor to execute the FBC instruction
with a length of 40 and in the all per scan mode(IN=0)
ALLEN-BRADLEY SLC 5/05 is the processor.
 
FBC 2 mismatchesDINTx = number of bits to compare
Based on ALL mode38.8microsec + (x * 1.4)

This the execution time in 1756-L1 processor
