"$ 006 Tranfer Fail No:0" in OP3

Hi,

I have an SIMATIC OP3 and when I try to download i receive a message "$ 006 Tranfer Fail No:0". I read the manual and the description of the fail is "initiation of function". I'll download with RS232 cable.

What's the problem?
Someone can help me?
