RSLOGIX 5K V16 Errors

I loaded Logix Version 16 on my machine with RSLinx 2.51 and I continue to get the following error: rsvchost.exe error. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this error and what is it telling me?

Navigating to a new graphic display produces wireframes for all animation links on the graphic. The screen is properly configured, and the tags do exist. Examination of the RSView Activity log shows the following error for each tag referenced on the graphic.

Tag <tag name> has not been activated

At the end of the tag list the following error is logged

Failed to maintain connection to name server, networking problems are prohibiting communications (result = 800706be)

Cause:
The Rockwell Application Services service has terminated unexpectedly. The process is RSVCHOST. For more information about this cause,

Jump to E16939591 When browsing the Factory Talk name space online to a ControlLogix processor, no data is returned for the expanded folder

Solution:
Launch View Studio and browse the Factory Talk name space. This will cause the RSVCHOST process to be relaunched, and the graphic should then appear correct with no wireframes. It is recommended that you reboot the Factory Talk server afer experiencing this problem to avoid other potential runtime errors.
