If you are looking to create schematic drawings from this module then maybe you can use a new function in S7 V5.4 .In the Simatic manager you can export ( or import ) your hardware config .It store it as an XML file .

In menu Option\Cax Data\Export

Siemens configuration tool

If it is a drawing of the module / node you can also use the ET200 configuration tool. In the tool is it possible to make a copy of the graphic view of the node (picture is send to the clipboard ready to paste).

The configuration can also be send to Step7 hardware configuration.
