siemens ai module

i have the module AI 6es7 331-1kf01-0ab0 but it is not accessible in simatic manager v5.2 software. i need gsd file for it

Is the module placed in an ET200M rack that is connected to the CPU via Profibus ?
Or is the module sitting in the S7-300 "rack" ?

If it is the first, then you can download GSD files for all Siemens ET200M modules from http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/113498

If it is the latter, then you have to upgrade your STEP7 version. I think the ability to update the HW catalog came with v5.3. The current version is v5.4

The Hardware Support Packages enable you to configure modules that are not included in the Hardware Catalog of your STEP 7 installation.
As from STEP 7 V5.2 onwards, you can use the Hardware Support Packages to update your existing Hardware Catalog.
