am trying to make a hardware configuration with a 313c-2dp cpu as a master and a 224 cpu through em277 . i installed the EM 277 gsd file now i have the input and output addresses.

my question is what is the relation of this with the cpu , are these the addresses of the i/o? if so is it possible so set/monitor a mbit , mword,....

When you configure the EM277, you need to enter an address for the "I/O offset in the V memory". That is the starting point of the Outputs from CPU 313C followed by the inputs.

For example, if you enter, say 5000 for I/O offset in V-memory and set 16 bytes for both inputs and outputs. The outputs occupy VB5000 to VB5015 and inputs occupy VB5016 to VB5031.

Hope this helps.
