PV550 - error 396 - filoe not suppôrted

hI, finally i have a problem with the PV550. I always get the error message 396 - file not supported. The user manual tells me to contact tech support.

Any suggestion before I contact tech support?

I have the right setting in panelbuilder without error when creating the PVA file.

I'm not 100% sure about this but "file not supported" errors usually have to do with the firmware. In panelbuilder under "terminal setup" there's a "catalog & revisions" button, verify that it matches the firmware on the panelview.
